1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Bantumedia Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Bantumedia Solutions provides web development, design, and digital consulting services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• Mobile application development
• Digital consulting and strategy
• Maintenance and support services

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms will be outlined in detail before work begins. Any changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Bantumedia Solutions retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project for future work. Pre-existing intellectual property and third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law. We expect the same level of confidentiality regarding our business practices and methodologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bantumedia Solutions' liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bantumedia Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
